Bruno Delaye

A senior plenipotentiary minister in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bruno DELAYE began his career as chargé d’affaires in Egypt. He subsequently served as French Ambassador to Togo, Mexico, Greece, Spain and Brazil. He has also held the posts of Africa Adviser to the President of the Republic and Director General of International Cooperation and Development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
